Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@skinhappy.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
