Cancellation policy

Some Skin Happy products may be offered as a subscription purchase. By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be automatically charged for each recurring order unless your subscription is cancelled prior to renewal.

Subscriptions can be modified, paused, or cancelled at any time through your customer account or via the links included in your order confirmation emails.

Please note:

• Subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge.
• Discount codes cannot be used on subscription orders unless otherwise stated.
• Failed payments may result in delayed, skipped, or cancelled deliveries.
