Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping (2-7 working days):
We offer standard shipping across Australia via Australia Post. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.50, or FREE on orders over $50 Australia-wide.
Express Shipping (1-3 working days):
Need your Skin Happy products sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout. We’ll put your order in priority queue, and you’ll receive your order within 1-3 business days of your order being processed (metro areas). Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.
Express Local Delivery (1-2 working days):
The local delivery option is currently only available to selected Metro Sydney post codes. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see if you qualify for this option. Orders are processed AND delivered within 1-2 business days.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can keep an eye on your Skin Happy delivery.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Skin Happy experience! If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns:
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened products due to change of mind. Please note that you will be responsible for return costs associated with change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form here. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Return Process:
Contact Us: Submit an enquiry here. Include your order details, and we’ll provide instructions.
Refunds or Exchanges: In line with ACL, for products that are damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the choice of a refund or exchange.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law:
This policy is in addition to your rights under ACL, where you may be entitled to a remedy if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
